Accreditation extension: FTIR, TGA and accelerated thermal aging
As part of the regular surveillance audit, we have successfully expanded the scope of accreditation to include new methods. The accreditation now covers FTIR spectroscopic analysis, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and accelerated thermal aging tests in air.
The expansion allows us to accurately identify the composition of materials, monitor the content of fillers, measure thermal stability and evaluate the degradation of polymers at higher temperatures. These methods are of fundamental importance in the control of input raw materials, verification of production quality and in the development of new material solutions. The results will be used, for example, by manufacturers of plastic parts, recyclers, in the automotive and consumer industries and in medical materials.
Obtaining accreditation confirms the professional competence of the laboratory and guarantees that the results are provided with traceable accuracy, repeatability and full compliance with normative procedures. Testpolymer EU s.r.o. thus expands the possibilities of supporting industrial manufacturers in material decisions, property control and product lifetime evaluation.
